7/10 - your levels are low. Be sure you are hitting 0 db during recording. Also, you have quite a few Pfftts b/t speaking, which comes from not speaking clearly, too close to the mike, and speaking a bit fast.

too short, was supposed to be 1 minute long
also, use the term "minus", not "negative"
